Individual operators may establish their own rules regarding availability, pricing, check-in procedures, cancellations, refunds, facility access, and other conditions. Users are responsible for reviewing and complying with the applicable operator's policies.

4. Payments and Billing

Certain services may allow payments to be made electronically.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment provider and participating operator to process the transaction.

Moonlit does not guarantee the availability of any particular payment method and is not responsible for interruptions or errors caused solely by third-party payment processors.

Fees, taxes, refunds, deposits, and cancellation charges may vary depending on the marina, facility, reservation, or service involved.

5. Pricing and Availability

Availability, pricing, and facility information may be updated dynamically.

Operators may set pricing based on factors including location, resource type, reservation duration, season, demand, or other business considerations.

While we aim to provide accurate and current information, we cannot guarantee that all availability, pricing, descriptions, or other information supplied by third-party operators will always be complete or error-free.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Interfere with the operation, security, or performance of our systems.
